  2. Prepare 4 eggs
  3. Get 1/2 cup low fat milk
  4. Take 4 garlic cloves
  5. Provide 4 tablespoons fresh parsley
  6. Take 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  7. Use Regular oatmeal/extraf-fine oatmeal or the mix of both (to taste, necessary amount)

  1. To cut the breast into steaks we need: chicken breast, cutting board and a sharpened knife
