- Add the flour and mix, then add the chicken and toss until all chicken is covered. Let it marinate for 1 hr
- Turn oven on after the marinated time to heat up - 170°C/gas 6
- Add the egg whites to a bowl, add the breadcrumbs in a larger bowl and add the linseed if using them into the breadcrumbs and mix

- Spray a flat oven dish with olive oil place the chicken strips laid out carefully and spray a little over them. If you use an air fryer, thats a good way of cooking these too.
- Pop them in the pre heated oven 170°C/gas 6 for 10 minutes then turn them over for a further 10 minutes. Turn over again and cook on a lower heat for a further 10 minutes on 150°C/gas 5.
- Put them on a serving plate with a dip of your choice. I have used sour cream and black cracked pepper recipe.
Then lay it in the bread crumbs, and scoop some over to cover the top. Place the chicken tenders on a bowl or a plate. Yes we have breaded chicken similar to this and made bacon wrapped Ninja Foodi chicken tenders before. Those were good for the fry food taste we were looking for, this is a gluten free version though since we're skipping the breadcrumbs. NO flour, Panko, or almond flour are used in these.
