The ingredients needed to cook Basil, Garlic, Butter Wings:
  1. Get 2 pounds chicken wings
  2. Use Sauce
  3. Prepare 3 cloves garlic
  4. Get 3 Tbl. Butter
  5. Get 2 Tbl. Hot sauce
  6. Use 2 Tbl. Salty liquid (fish, soy or Worcestershire)
  7. Use 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
  8. Use 1 handful fresh basil
  9. Get 1 Tbl. Acid (I used lime juice)
Instructions to make Basil, Garlic, Butter Wings:
  1. Cook your wings. I used my air fryer, but deep frying, grilling, baking all valid options.
  2. With the weather turning cold, basil plants won't last long, so I got about a handful of medium to small leaves
  3. About 15 minutes before the wings are done, start the sauce. Put the butter in a small pan on medium low heat
  4. When butter is mostly melted, are garlic pepper, chopped up basil, cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, simmer until wings are done, change heat to low if it bubbles too much
  6. Put wings in a bowl
  7. Pour sauce over wings
  8. Mix really well.
  9. Serve

Spoon into container, and refrigerate until firm. In a small bowl, combine the butter, basil, parsley and garlic powder. Beat on medium-low speed until mixture is combined. Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet or roasting pan and cook as directed. Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine the melted butter, garlic, basil and oregano.
