Serve with a side of your choice. Place the chicken in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure there is room on all sides of the chicken for air to circulate. Repeat with remaining chicken thighs, if needed. Trim any excess fat hanging off the sides of your chicken thighs (ours were bone-in with skin on). Rub olive oil on each thigh.
