- Take 4 bread slices. Cut out all the four ends of the bread slices. Apply garlic butter on one side and burger mayonnaise on the other side. Place the buttered side in silicon cup moulds. Set aside.
- Wash the chicken pieces nicely. Drain completely. In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for few hours. Steam it in a rice cooker or steamer. Allow it to cool.
