- Prepare 650 grm rice
- Use 1 kg chicken

Instructions to make Chicken Yakhni pulao:
- First yakhni ke lia all garam masala and 1/2 tsp salt add karen 5 glass water and chicken at medium flame. after 20mints your yakhni is ready until 4 or 3 1/3 glass left.
- Other side soak basmati rice 15 mints till its gravy is ready.
- Now fry 1 medium onion and add lehsan adrak paste and add green chilli and cook as light color changes add one tomato and cook.
- Now yakhni strain lehsan and onion sabit and add chicken and let it take a boil.
- Now add soaked rice and boil until water dries and then cover it with cloth it's lid. Put on dm for 10 mints.I add pinch colour in 3 tbsp milk and spread.ready to serve
