The ingredients needed to make Chicken yam balls:
- You need 1/4 cut of a whole yam
- Get 2 chicken breast
- Get 2 eggs
- Provide 1 cup bread crumbs
- You need 1 Finely chopped onion and scallion
- You need 3 Grounded scotch bonnets
- Provide Thumb size ginger and 7 black pepper corn
- Provide 2 cubes knorr seasoning
- Take Dash chicken seasoning
- You need Oil as required
- Prepare Scallions for garnish
Steps to make Chicken yam balls:
- Peel, dice and wash yam, add to a pot together with salt, water and set on fire to cook until soft and tender
- Mince chicken on a chopping board
- And this is the result as it has been minced well
- Add the ginger and black pepper corn to a mortar and ground into a paste
- Set a pan on fire! In the pan, add 2tbsp oil and add the ginger paste
