  1. Put the chopped chicken in a bowl and cover with the (well mixed) marinade and leave in the icebox for at least an hour preferably several hours.
  2. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the noodles, bring back to boil and turn down to a strong simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Combine the soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder; add to bag and shake well. Add a splash of vegetable oil to a pre-heated wok then fry the chicken in batches until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables, stir-frying until just cooked and starting to color then add the chicken, cooked noodles and stir-fry sauce back into the wok.
