  1. Mix all ingredients of chicken makhni boti coat chicken and veggies well and rest 2 to 3 hours or overnight and bbq it or pan fry and give coal smoke.

  4. For Green Chutney Blend all the ingredients and save in airtight bottle.
  5. For Mint Imli Chutney soak tamarind in 1-1/2 cup water for 15 minutes. - rub with fingers,throw seeds. - In blender add mint,green chili, garlic,roasted cumin, with 1/4 cup water, chop them fine. - Now add tamarind paste and salt and blend again. - Imli mint chutney is ready.
  6. For Mint Raita add all the ingredients and 1/4 cup water, except yoghurt in a blender and blend well. - Now add yoghurt, and run the blender for 10 seconds, don’t over beat it with yoghurt. - Podina raita is ready.
