- Get For Garnishing-:
- Take 2 small Tomatoes cut into thin slices
- You need 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- Prepare 2 green chillies finely chopped
- Take 1 1/2 Juice of lemon

- Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. - Keep it marinated for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker till it reaches smoking point. - Reduce flame and add sugar to it. It gives a nice colour to the gravy. - Add all the whole spices and onions cut into julienne.
- Add onion paste and cook till it turns brown and the raw smell is gone. - Next pour the tomato puree and cook till the raw smell is gone. - This is going to take time. Cook in low flame so you don’t burn the spice paste.
- Add the marinated chicken and mix everything well. Let the chicken cook in the spice mix for 10 minutes on low flame. - Add water, check seasoning and add garam masala powder.
