The ingredients needed to cook Mayo chicken:
  1. You need 1 whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces
  2. Take 1 C mayonnaise
  3. You need 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  4. Take 1 T fresh rosemary, chopped

  7. Prepare 1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Stir mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl. Place the chicken pieces in a 9"x13" baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and top with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake until juices are clear, the chicken is no longer pink in the middle, and internal temperature is 160°, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. I prefer dark meat so I use thighs and a couple legs.
