Steps to make Chicken 65:
- Cut the chicken in to bite size pieces.
- Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder, lemon juice, egg,salt, ginger garlic,and corn flour.
- After that heat oil in a pan, deep fry the chicken pieces.when it done. Take it out and keep aside,mix the yogurt with chilly powder and garam masala.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it starts splutter add cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.now add the yogurt mixture to it sauté for few second then add the fried chicken pieces to this. Again sauté for few minutes.
- Toss it until the chicken absorbs complete yogurt.remove it to a serving dish, if you want then you can garnish this with coriander leaves.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder. For that crispiness, you can either use rice flour or cornflour while preparing the marinade. If the sourness of yoghurt is enough, add a teaspoon of rice vinegar in it. Heat oil for deep frying in a deep pan. Lower the flame, and add in the chicken pieces slowly. (Do not over crowd the pan).
