- Prepare 250 gms Chicken -
- Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder -
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -

Steps to make Chicken 65:
- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and hang curd.
- Keep in the freeze for 45 mins.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add rice flour in the marinated chicken and deep fry all the chicken pieces till brown.
- 4 - 6 batch wise fry all the chicken pieces.
- Flip it.
- Again heat oil in a same pan.
- Add cumin /jeera seeds to crackle.
- Add chopped garlic and stir fry for one mins.
- Add 8 - 10 curry leaves,green chilli and garlic paste and some water.
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and curd.
- Add sugar and salt and add some water.
- Add chicken pieces into the gravy and mix well.
- Garnish with curry leaves and green chilli.
