- Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil and keep them aside.
- For tempering heat a little amount of oil in a pan, when it is hot add a pinch of sugar into it.
- Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add pepper powder, chilli powder, salt and chilli tomato sauce and mix them well.
- Add the fried chicken pieces, mix well and turn off the flame.
