- Use 200 grams Chicken (boneless)

- Add 200 grams of Chicken and ¼ Cup curd and mix well.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp, Black Pepper powder ½ tbsp, Cumin powder ½ tsp, Salt to taste and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp and Mix well
- Cover and set aside for at least an hour
- After an hour add 5 tbsp of rice flour and mix well
- In a kadai heat oil for deep frying and when the oil turns hot add the Chicken
- Now heat Half tbsp oil in a pan and add a Chopped Green Chili and ½ tbsp of garlic add the fried chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder and mix. After mixing turn of flame
