  1. Get 700 grams Breast chicken
  2. Take 1 egg
  3. You need 1 tablespoon corn flour
  4. Get 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  5. Take Dash lime juice
  6. Take as per taste Salt
  7. Provide 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder

Instructions to make Chicken 65:
  1. Wash and chop the breast chicken like 2 inches pieces now add the all spices mentioned above mix well then add red food color cover it & set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Besides heat up the oil then check to add a small piece if it floats up easily the oil is ready for frying.set the burner on medium flame.
  3. Now drop chicken pieces one after the other don’t overlap it will not fry well & one more tip don’t try to flip it immediately it will leave the marination so let it cook for 3 minutes then gradually flip all of them now fry rest of them in the similar fashion.
  4. Lastly, add a tablespoon of oil in a pan then add in the curry leaves & green chili’s sauté for a minute or two then pop it all over the fried chicken. The delicious juicy chicken 65 is ready to be served to enjoy as a starter meal or with any combination of food like dal & white rice..!!!
