  2. Get Chicken pieces cut to bite size
  3. You need Fish sauce
  4. Get water
  5. You need Dabur Homemade Coconut Milk.(3 Packts)

  7. Use Potatoes
  8. Take Dry red chillies (Sukhi lal mirch) 2013
  9. Use Cardamom pods, peeled
  10. Take Star anise inaon (sticks)
  11. Prepare Lemongrass finely chopped/1 cup
  12. You need Coriander seeds
  13. You need Cumin seeds
  14. You need Ginger
  15. You need Kaffir lime leaves
  16. Provide Chicken pieces cut to bite size
  17. Provide Fish sauce
  18. You need water
  19. Take Dabur Homemade Coconut Milk (3 pkts)
  20. Take Fried onions(browned)
  21. Get Potatoes
  22. Get Dry red chillies (Sukhi lal mirch)
  23. Use Cardamom pods peeled
  24. Prepare Star anise inaon (sticks)
  25. You need Lemongrass finely chopped/1 cup
  26. Use Coriander seeds
  27. Provide Cumin seeds
  28. Take 5
  29. Use Ginger (1 inch)
  30. Get Kaffir lime leaves
Instructions to make Tasty Thai Chicken Biriyani:
  1. Wash the rice in a sieve and add enough water and one packet Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to fully cover the rice - at least cover the surface of the rice
  2. Add salt to taste.Add few pieces of galangal, lemon grass stocks, kaffir lime leaves
  3. Set the rice up to boil. Cook till almost done
  4. To determine if the rice is properly cooked or not, remove a few grains from the pot and press between your thumb and forefinger. The rice should mostly mash but will have a firm whitish core
  5. Turn off the heat. Strain through a colander and keep the drained rice aside
  6. Grind all the spices (Ingredients for the paste) to make a paste
  7. Add two spoons Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk in a frying pan and add all the paste in it and cook for at least 10 minutes
  8. Then add the chicken pieces and the potatoes in the pan along with the paste and cook for 45 minutes
  9. Add the remaining Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk and simmer for 15 minutes
  10. Add the fish sauce, tamarind juice, and cook until the oil separates, add the roasted peanuts
  11. Then in another heavy bottomed pan add the chicken and half the barista in it and then cover the chicken with rice and add more barista on top and few pieces of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves
  12. Add a little Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to keep the rice moist
  13. Then cover the lid an open seal with atta and cook over high flame for a few minutes and then simmer it and cook for half an hour
  14. Finally done. Try it in home 😊
