  3. You need Olive oil
  4. Prepare 2 onions, sliced

  6. Prepare 1 pack chicken breast tenderloins
  7. You need 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  9. You need 1 pack (10 ounce) fresh baby spinach leaves
  10. Take 1 jar (12 ounce) roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  11. Prepare 2 cans (15.5 ounce) Goya garbanzo beans, undrained
  12. Use 2 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
  13. Take Parmesan cheese for topping each serving
Steps to make Pasta with Garbanzo,Spinach and Chicken:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot…..
  2. Add to olive oil your sliced onion, sauté for several minutes….
  3. Add to onion your minced garlic, keep sautéing……
  4. Now add in your chicken tenderloins, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, cook for several minutes……
  5. Add in your baby spinach leaves and roasted sliced red peppers……..continue to cook until spinach is wilted and chicken is cooked….
  6. Next add in your garbanzo beans and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil for several minutes or until liquid has reduced by almost half…….
  7. Reduce heat to low and continue to stir while you cook your pasta…….
  8. Boil pasta, drain thoroughly and add to garbanzo mixture, stir well……don’t forget to salt your water before boiling your pasta !!!
  9. Remove from heat and let stand for about 20 minutes……
