  1. Wash the chicken pieces and marinate with papaya paste, chilli powder,salt garam marsala powder, curd and oil
  2. Heat oil and fry the potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
  3. Add oil and tamper the whole red chilli bay leaf and whole garam masalas
  4. Now make a thick paste of onion,garlic,ginger, and tomato and fry
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry properly
  6. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them
  7. Add the potatoes and mix well
  8. When the whole thing is properly cooked pour the warm water and cover it
  9. When the chicken pieces and Potatoes get moist and tender add the ghee and garam marsala
  10. Serve it hot with steaming hot rice or roti
