- You need 1 lb skinless chicken tenderloins
- Provide 5 Eggs
- Get 1 1/2 cup 1 or 2% Milk
- Prepare 1 bottle any kind of oil
- Get salt and pepper
- Take 1 can as needed italian bread crumbs
- Take 2 can Coco lopez cream of coconut
- Prepare 2 cup coconut shavings
- Use 1 cup flour or as needed

- Get 3 mixing bowls and 1 flat pan or big plate out.
- First bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Second bowl put 2 cans coco lopez. Third bowl fill with flour. For the Pan/ plate put a good amount of bread crumbs and mix in coconut shavings.
- Put as many chicken tenders into the milk and eggs bowl and let soak for a few minutes. Then roll around and cover with flour. Next dip them one by one into the bowl of coco lopez, and then roll around in bread crumbs until covered on all sides. You will need to refill bread crumbs and shavings as you go along
- Do this for all the chicken. Then pour bottle of oil in a deep pan heat oil to a boil on high heat and deep fry tenders for 6-8 mins or until golden brown.
