  2. Get 1 cup Fresh grated or shredded parmesan cheese

  4. You need 8 each Chicken tenderloins
  5. Provide 2 Avocados
  6. Get 1/2 large Red onion
  7. Get 1 medium chopped Tomato
  8. Provide 1 Salt
  9. Take 1 Pepper

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice onion into strips.
  3. Cut Avocado into strips
  4. Dice tomatoes
