  3. Get Olive oil
  4. Get 2 onions, sliced

  6. Get 1 pack chicken breast tenderloins
  7. Use 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. Provide 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  9. Get 1 pack (10 ounce) fresh baby spinach leaves
  10. You need 1 jar (12 ounce) roasted red peppers, drained and sliced

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot…..
  2. Add to olive oil your sliced onion, sauté for several minutes….
  3. Add to onion your minced garlic, keep sautéing……
