The ingredients needed to prepare Chicken with Peppers and Rice:
  1. Prepare 100 g chicken breast / 3½ oz .
  2. You need 62.5 g rice (boil in the bag works well!) / 2¼ oz .
  3. You need chicken soup (½ of a 400g / 14oz. can)
  4. Use 75 g peppers mixed (frozen) / 2½ oz .
  5. Provide 50 g onion (sliced) / 2 oz .
  6. Take 50 g peas (frozen) / 2 oz .

  1. Put a saucepan of pre-boiled water on high heat. Put the rice in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the chicken into cubes and cook in a deep fry pan (or wok) put on high heat after spraying with Spray2Cook.
  3. Stir and cook the chicken for 1 minute then add the pepper and onion – spray with more Spray2Cook - stir and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Mix in the soup and peas. Heat through and simmer until the rice is cooked, drained and served onto a warmed plate then add the chicken and vegetable mix.
