  1. Separate drumettes from wingtips Place all chicken in a large bowl or spread on a large cookie sheet and coat with pepper,cayenne pepper and garlic powder and paprika
  2. Toss wings in the dry seasoning rub until well coated and let sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes then add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of lime juice.
