- Clean the chicken & cut into two halves each then remove back bones, chest bones, neck, leg tips and wings tips. - Cleave the thighs along the bones or remove the leg bones if you like.

Place in fridge for at least a few hours. Remove chicken from marinade and grill until done turning once. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium high heat. Spray the grates with nonstick cooking spray if desired. Place the chicken breasts on the grill, discard any leftover marinade.
