  1. Get whole chicken (I used 500 gr, a bit more than 1 lb)
  2. Provide fermented garlic oil (you can stir-fry minced garlic with oil for a minute or so as a substitute)

  4. Take crushed black pepper
  5. Get curry powder
  6. Get carrots, peeled and chopped
