  2. Get Onion
  3. Use Minced Garlic
  4. Use Small Russet Potatoes
  5. Take Onion Powder

  1. Mix all seasonings in bowl. (Except minced garlic)
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Be sure to remove gizzards etc. from cavity.
