  2. Get 1/2 block Tofu (silken)
  3. Prepare 1/2 Carrot
  4. Get 1 to garnish Mitsuba
  5. Use 400 ml Dashi stock
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  7. You need 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  8. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  9. Prepare 1 Katakuriko

  1. Julienne the carrot, and cut the tofu into 8 even portions.
  2. Remove the sinew from the chicken tenders.

  5. Blanch the julienned carrot.
